She is a native North Carolinian having been born in Raleigh and graduating from North Carolina State University. In addition to living throughout Wake County, she has lived and worked internationally in the corporate sector. This experience continues to serve her today managing her business and client needs.
The keys to Dana’s success have been creating meaningful relationships with her clients, understanding their personal motivations, and finding solutions that align with their emotional and financial goals. When an opportunity in real estate presented itself in 2006, it felt like a natural step as she saw a way to leverage her prior professional experience with her deep knowledge of the area to help clients navigate the challenging process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
Dana believes in a custom approach to sales which led her to create her own real estate firm. This allows her to be more creative, agile, and flexible than other teams, tailoring each approach to her client’s needs. While this philosophy has led to recurring success in achieving multi-million-dollar sales annually, the greatest testaments to Dana’s approach are repeat business, referrals from past clients, and her peers within real estate. Simply put, Dana builds trust.

While helping her clients is her true passion, when Dana is not working she spends time with her husband and two maltipoo’s Coco and Candy. She enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisine, and learning new languages – interests she picked up during her years abroad.
